Two Ways to Search
Portfolio Tracker offers two search modes, accessible from the Search page or the Smart Search tab on the AI Research page.
AI Smart Search
Type a natural language query like "dividend stocks in healthcare" or "undervalued tech companies with low debt" and let AI find matching stocks. Results include:
- Ticker symbol and company name
- Why the stock matches your query
- Relevance score
- Current price and daily change
- Whether the stock is already in your portfolio or watchlist
Direct Symbol Lookup
Switch to "Direct" mode and enter a ticker symbol for an instant quote lookup. This is useful when you already know the stock you want to check.
Command Palette
Press Cmd+K (Mac) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) anywhere in the app to open the command palette for quick navigation and search.
