3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address. One account per person.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service for automated scraping, reverse engineering, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Accuracy

We source market data from third-party providers and make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any financial losses or damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
