Common Account Issues
Forgot Your Password
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive a password reset link. Follow the link to set a new password.
Session Expired
Sessions are valid for 30 days. After that, you will need to sign in again. If you are being logged out unexpectedly, check that your browser is not clearing cookies.
Cannot Register
Ensure you are using a valid email address and a password that meets the minimum requirements. If you see a rate limit error, wait a few minutes and try again.
Rate Limited
If you make too many login attempts in a short period, you may be temporarily rate-limited. Wait a minute and try again, or use the password reset flow.
